How do I secure a reservation to rent a villa?
In order to secure your reservation a 50% deposit is needed. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
What are the forms of payment i can use?
Bank transfer only.
Are there any other extra cost to rent a villa?
In Casa de Campo® each guest must register and pay a registration fee of:
• US$ 25/night (adults = all persons over the age of 15)
• US$ 12/night (children between the age of 10 to 15)
• FREE – Children below 9 years old.
Casa de Campo® registration fee is subject to change.
What if the registration fee is not paid?
If the resort registration fee is not paid, the unregistered guests will not be able to gain access to Casa de Campo® and it’s amenities. Security procedures at the Casa de Campo® entrance are strict and you must show your Casa de Campo® ID in order to gain access. Guests without the appropriate identification will be turned away.

Is the villa located inside Casa de Campo?
Yes. The villa is located inside Casa de Campo®
Can a villa be booked for one night only?
No, our villa have a minimum stay requirement of three nights during high and low season and minimum stay of seven nights during peak season.
Does each villa have a maximum number of people that can stay?
Yes, the maximum occupancy is two guest per bedroom. Any extras should be declared at the moment of the reservation.
Is there security a deposit to be paid?
Yes, we require US$ 500 as a security deposit for any damages that might be caused to the property and its contents during your stay.
How do I get the key to the villa?
At the villa by the housekeeper who will give you the keys and help you familiarize with all aspects of the villa.
Should I lock the villa when i’m not there?
Yes, like anywhere else in the world, crime exists everywhere. During your vacation we ask our guests to close and lock all doors and windows of your villa every time you go out when the housekeeper is not on the premises. The villa has a safe box for your valuables. Keep in mind that your are responsible for the villa and it’s contents during your rental period.

Check out time is at 12pm.
What is the check-in time?
Check in time is at 3pm.
Could I check-in or check-out at an earlier time?
All of our guests must vacate their villas no later than the published check in/out time describe above. If you would like to check in/out time at a earlier/later time, please contact us the day before your arrival/departure.
